安全更新失败是否会影响vPro在Windows 10上的实施？

Previously, I asked the question about the repeated failure of two security updates to install on my HP8460p Elitebook laptop that I am doing a clean install on.
I was told it was an issue for Microsoft.
I am still waiting on a reply from them but my question today is, could it be that the installation or failure of these two updates would affect the enabling of vPro?
The two updates are: The Cumulative Update For Windows 10 Version 1079 x 64 Based SystemsKB8433832 x 7 and Windows 10 Version 1079 x 64 Based Systems KBKB433932 x 7.
