This is good information and heading down the right path I think.  I am looking for something a little more specific, so let me give some more details.  I have looked at the documents and schematic you have referenced.  If you look at the vc707 board schematic on the very last page (57) - you will see a power brick (pb1) pwr_brick_12v.  When clicking on it in the pdf, a block of notes comes up, showing it as an LTE60E-S2-1, but also describing it as a 12v power brick with 6-pin mini fit connector.  I can also see this part in the picture for the evaluation kit with the 6pin min-fit connector.  This part does not show up in the BOM that you have referenced, unless I am missing it.  I can find the LTE60E part out there on the market for sale, but not with this 6 pin - mini fit connector as the plug-in part of the cord, but only barrel type connectors.  I would really like to obtain the part that is in the evaluation kit, which is the 12v power brick and a 6-pin mini-fit connector, and am trying to find out where and how I might be able to get this.  Do you, or anyone in the forum, have any idea how to get that specific part?

If this is a one-off project, then suggest you solder up an adapter to use the readily available  power brick with a barrel connector.   You have better and bigger problems to solve, yes?
 
If this is a design intended for production, then you should select a readily available, low-cost power brick first, then design in the connector which mates with this power brick.

I am looking for the 12v power brick with the mating connector that plugs into J18.  This appears to be a part in the vc707 eval kit and I am trying to find out how to obtain the power brick with the correct connector.  The other gentlemen's suggestions made sense, but I do want to deliver this is a solution to a business partner.  Also, the board is already designed and fabbed, so I need that part and not a different type connector on the power brick.  A mis-communication between me and the board supplier left me unaware that they could not find this part before we fabbed it.  I can always figure out how to get the board powered up via an ATX power supply with adapter, but I prefer the power brick into the wall socket solution.
 
Let me know if you can get information on obtaining the "12v Power Brick with 6 pin mini-fit connector" that is listed, and shown in the image, as part of the vc707 eval kit.  Again, this should plug into J18 of the vc707 schematic.

As you noted in a prior post the power supply that is shipped with the boards is a LTE60E-S2-1.  I don't know why most of the pictures that are associated with the model are shown with a barrel instead of the Molex Mini-Fit-jr connector.  There are also other equivalents suchs as the CENB1090A1251F01 and these are shown as in stock at Digikey US.
