  Hi SRMS,

Can you confirm you are connecting a USB A-B (printer cable) to the device side connection of your PNA?  Also, can you confirm that you are using firmware version A.009 or later?

The device side sets up a USB-Test and Measurement Class connection.  When plugged in, a  'Found New Hardware' wizard is launched. Do you see a USB plug and play event on your PC?  

Can you try another USB port on your PC? Can you try a powered USB hub?
